Cnc Precision Automatic Lathe can also called Spindle box mobile CNC automatic lathe, economic turning and milling machine or longitudinal cutting lathe. It is a precision machining equipment, which can complete the compound machining of turning, milling, drilling, boring, tapping and engraving at the same time, mainly used for the batch lathe  of precision hardware and shaft shaped non-standard parts.

Structural components of the centering machine:

1. Spindle, which can perform multiple feed operations and can move in any direction according to the Z1 and C1 axes during hardness.

2. Sub-spindle, which can be moved according to the Z2, X2 and C2 axes when moving. It can be changed and moved at will. The main function is to be able to help the spindle to handle and receive the material. Some products need to be handled later. On the intermediate axis, the corresponding machining on the tool holder is used. The machining is carried out using a dedicated control channel separate from the spindle, which allows complementary intervention between the spindle and the two axes in actual operation. All of these need to be processed simultaneously, so the mode of operation can effectively shorten the overall processing efficiency of the product.

3. The tool holder is divided into four parts, mainly the turning tool, the side power head, the end face and the fixed seat, in the direction of the end face of the secondary axis. The position of the turning tool allows good operation of techniques such as recesses and outside diameters on the tool holder of the spindle. The lateral power is machined by milling, drilling and tapping. The fixed end of the endface and the countershaft endface are mainly used for milling, drilling and tapping certain components.
